Social Photo Booth Suprises Attendees with Winning Prints at Jingle Ball Los Angeles
For the 2015 Los Angeles Jingle Ball concert at Staples Center, our friends at iHeartRadio called upon us to provide a fun, socially engaging, and unique photo activation to the crowds prior to the concert. The concert lineup included One Direction, The Weeknd, Selena Gomez, 5 Seconds of Summer, Ellie Goulding, Shawn Mendes, Tove Lo, Charlie Puth, Zedd, Hailee Steinfeld, Conrad Sewell, and DNCE.
Our social photo booth was setup outside the venue and positioned to take, print, and share photos with Chevy’s Cruze. As the concert goers arrived, the Chevy Cruze attracted attention with it’s large red bow on top. Attendees began to line up for the photo opp which let them sit inside the car and experience the interior first hand.
The branded photo frame included the Chevrolet logo as well as the #CruzetoJingleBall and #KIISJingleBall hashtags for further brand messaging. In addition, our custom winning print feature randomly selected participants and branded the photo with a WINNER icon and message- “Winner! Bring your Photo to a Chevy Rep by 7pm today to claim your prize!”
As fans posed and noticed the winning print, their level of excitement spiked, creating an unforgettable experience. Although they didn’t win a car, it was a little gesture that made a big impact.
Lastly, the photos were also shared to Facebook, Twitter, Email, and Text on the spot. This provided the event and Chevrolet great branding and exposure on social!
