Instagram Displays Lively Up the #BloggerBlockParty Social Media Lounge
For their 2nd Annual Blogger Block Party, HGTV Magazine and NYNow hosted an all day event for DIY’ers to meet, network, learn, and have fun. Throughout the day, the #BloggerBlockParty was promoted and displayed to encourage engagement on social media.
To further the attendee engagement, our team provided two social media displays for the Social Media Lounge. One displayed the #BloggerBlockParty hashtag and the other the #NyNow hashtag on Instagram. The collage theme highlighted public posts, allowing users to see what others were chatting about in real time.
Based on the hashtag analytics we provided, the hashtags gained over 2 million more impressions than previous averages on the event day alone! Influential contributors, along with others at the event and covering the event, helped accelerate the conversation and awareness for the brand.
