Social Photo Activation at the MLB Fan Fest
The MLB Fan Fest took over the San Diego Convention Center and brought tens of thousands of baseball fans together. Major brands and baseball related companies exhibited to connect with fans, educate, entertain, and to provide a lasting impression on visitors.
Scotts, a major sponsor of the MLB and lawn care company, had a large space filled with activities. Actual grass from baseball fields, face painting, free seeds and products, and of course a social photo activation.
As part of the photo experience, fans could wear the all star jersey’s, wear gloves and even hold bats. Photos were taken and instantly printed on site. Guests could also share their digital photos to Facebook, Twitter, Text, and Email to share their experience with their friends.
Scotts also implemented on screen data capture to ask a few questions and gather some info as part of the activation.
Thousands of photos were taken and shared from the booth, and guests had a great time at the Scotts Lawn Care exhibit space. We were happy to be a part of such a great event and hope to do it again!
