Green Screen Photo Activation Lets KCIC’s Visitors #GetOnBoard at #RIMS2016
The RIMS Annual Conference and Exhibition is the risk management industry leading event. Featuring three days of educational sessions, activities, resources, and keynote speakers, the conference took over the San Diego Convention Center in early April.
To help bring their concept and brand messaging to life, KCIC wanted to incorporate a San Diego theme around their booth space. The “Don’t let the product liability wave wipe you out” and “Get on board” were the perfect fit for a custom green screen photo activation.
Guests were able to choose from 4 unique green screen backgrounds, including a wave background with a surfboard prop to let them Ride the Wave! The branded photo frame continued the message with “I Got on Board” along with the brand’s website and an event hashtag.
Throughout the 3 day conference, guests lined up to get their photos taken and had a ton of fun at the themed booth. Pics were printed and could be shared to Twitter, Email, Text, and Facebook on the spot. KCIC tweeted photos themselves and saw a nice flow of traffic at their trade show booth space, tweeting “We’re loving our San Diego themed booth!”
