Instagram Kiosk & Social Media Photo Stations at X Games LA
After the X Games went to and ended in Brazil and Europe, the Summer X Games returned for the last year to the Staples Center in Los Angeles. And just as we did for the Winter X Games in Aspen, Fonteco was chosen to provide some fun, interactive, and experiential photo stations on site to connect Red Bull fans with the brand.
So, what did we do? In order to provide a photo activation experience, Red Bull provided a perfect photo opportunity with a Motocross Dirt Bike as the prop. Fans were able to take a photo sitting on the bike and share it to Facebook, Email, Twitter, SMS, and print it for a fun takeaway. In addition to this, all of the photos were streamed live to a projected slideshow that displayed in the Red Bull tent.
As if that weren’t enough, we also had our InstaBuzz Kiosk and Print Station monitoring and displaying Instagram and Twitter tagged photos (hahstag #XGames). These photos could then be instantly printed for another branded takeaway. Over the course of the weekend, thousands of photos were tagged, shared, and printed and the attendees left the Red Bull tent with smiles on their faces (and Red Bulls in their hands)!
