Photo Activation Brings Smiles to Workiva TEC 2016

Workiva, the creator of cloud based productivity platform Wdesk, came to sunny San Diego for its 5th annual user conference. Bringing together customers, financial and accounting professionals, Workiva staff and leaders, the conference provided training to those that attended.

In addition, guests were able to network, discuss the industry, and also have fun on site and at the after meeting events. To help capture some of those fun moments, our team was called to provide a social media sharing photo kiosk for instant on site prints and sharing.

Attendees snapped and shared their photos throughout the conference to Email and Text as well as social channels like Facebook and Twitter. The fully branded kiosk panels tied seamlessly into the conference branding and messaging. Fun props and a Workiva step and repeat banner backdrop enhanced the photos, along with the #WorkivaTEC16 hashtag on the photo frame.
