Connecting Fans to the #Ready2Roo Hashtag at Bonnaroo
As part of the 2014 Bonnaroo Music Festival, Teva created a lounge area to help connect to fans on site. Besides handing out survival kits for the festival and allowing guests to upgrade their Teva’s, the lounge also featured our InstaBuzz kiosk print station and social media event display.
Our Instagram kiosk was monitoring and displaying photos tagged #Ready2Roo allowing fans to view and print a free takeaway inside the tent. In addition, a photo wall with cork board was added and prints were displayed on them.
Lastly, two screens ran a live Instagram wall of tagged photos to encourage participation and provide more engagement to the hashtag. Thousands of fans had a great time stopping by throughout the weekend and in between all of the music and festivities.
